Rademacher and Associates brings over 30 years of hands-on project and corporate management experience – understanding and managing projects and programs, identifying and managing risks, and helping our clients forecast project or program outcomes.

Project Management and Project Controls

We provide comprehensive project management, project controls and cost management. Our services range from budgeting and executing a single project, to managing enterprise systems and multi-project portfolios.

We support many cost, accounting and project management applications. Common project controls and management tools we utilize are Oracle® Primavera Contract Management, Meridian Prolog® Manager, and Microsoft Excel®.

Claims and Dispute Resolution

Our goal is to assist our clients in managing changes and resolving issues during contract execution. This approach helps to avoid formal claims or disputes before they arise, generally resulting in lower costs, higher return and better relationships.

For many reasons, issues are not resolved, or our services have not been engaged, during contract execution. We have assisted clients in the resolution of numerous disputes through contract-based claims and negotiated settlements, while seeking to avoid more costly outside intervention or litigation.
